 China is our biggest single country customer in that sense; sales to China account for 16 percent of our global sales.

 I consider our channel partners as an extension of our sales capability and like any good sales organization we want to recognize and reward our top performers. Last week, at our annual Partner Summit, I had the privilege of recognizing our top channel partner performers for 2005. I would like to congratulate World Wide Technology on an award-winning year.

 China is a very important market for us. Broadband [penetration] in China is growing very quickly. We've had extremely good growth there, and we plan to launch many additional products in China. Tom has been a partner of ours for quite a long time -- and a very good partner. So we are just continuing in pursuing that successful partnership.

 We effectively managed our distribution channel to closely match our shipments in with distributor sales out. Channel re-sales were seasonally down about 3% during the first quarter but were more than 17% higher than a year ago. We managed our sales into the channel to this level of re-sales, resulting in a slight decrease in absolute inventory levels for approximately flat weeks of supply in the channel compared to the prior quarter.

 We're encouraged by China's efforts to strengthen intellectual property protection, which will provide the foundation for continued expansion of the IT industry in China. We look forward to working with the Chinese government and partner companies in China to create new opportunities for growth.

 I think it's going to be silly not to take the competitive threat seriously. If we haven't learned any lessons from Japan and Korea, we deserve the things that befall us, ... On the flip side, the growth in China continues to be so strong that our guess is that most of the capacity in China will be used to meet Chinese needs.

 We were encouraged that the premiums in the Medical Segment increased from the third to the fourth quarter, ending a long trend. In addition, we were pleased with the sales results that rose substantially compared to last quarter, the same period last year as well as overall for the year. We attribute this sales success largely to the Advantage Series of major medical products introduced in mid-2005. These plans, which offer customers a wide choice of benefit levels and prices, have been well received by our agents and by consumers. The Advantage Series is built on a new rate manual that allows for pricing consistency for all our individual/association products and distribution channels.

 About 40 percent of luxury goods sales in Hong Kong are to Japanese and Chinese mainland travelers. Those sales are also concentrated around some key national holidays, including the Golden Week annual Japanese holiday, which falls this year from April 29 to May 5, and the Labor Holiday week in China from May 1 to May 9. But sales could reduce significantly from the shortfall of tourists.

 Our vision for the Chinese market is to continue our efforts on increased distribution with China's leading retailers. The expectation for Jamieson Laboratories is a significant increase in awareness and in sales of our products in Asian markets over the next year.

 They make fairly grandiose, extravagant claims to the entire South China Sea as Chinese territory. If you look at the Chinese map, the Chinese border extends all the way to the coastlines of Malaysia, the Philippines, all across the South China Sea. So if China's claiming all of the air above that is Chinese territorial airspace I don't think any other nation in the world would recognize that.

 In that sense, they were able to deliver more positive news, even though sales into the channel were up only 17 percent while sales out of the channel were up 36 percent. Those numbers should be equal. But with inventory at three weeks, they ought to be able to drive sales more aggressively in the channel.

 For Ford Motor Co. in China, 2005 represented a record year of sales increases. We're quite confident that Ford Motor Co. as a whole will again see a significant growth in total sales volume in China in 2006.
