 We both went to school at Indiana University and we were big basketball fans. Living in Dallas, there was no way to listen to our favorite Hoosiers.

Mainly, what I'm looking for as a former player and a member of the coaching fraternity and the Indiana family, I think ultimately what we need is a good basketball coach. We don't necessarily need a 'name.' We need a good basketball coach.

 I never really considered transferring to another school. When I signed with Indiana University, I intended on staying there until it is time for me to go, which, in a normal case, would be after graduation.

 He's the only coach I've been around who really cares about you. It's not just about basketball. I think, personally, that Indiana, the school, is really missing out because he's in the trenches with all of us.

 This just reaffirms what we've been saying all along: This is a big-time basketball school with a big-time basketball coach. Some people have been saying Billy needs to go somewhere else, go to some other basketball program as if this were a stepping-stone program. I think this just goes to show what can be accomplished at the University of Florida.

 Everyone puts their ego aside here. Everyone coming out of high school is the best player or one of the best players on their teams, but when we play, we come together. We play old-school, Indiana-type basketball. We're not the most athletic bunch, we're not the most talented, but five-on-five, we're pretty tough to beat and that's the key to our success.
