I was happy with proverb

 I was happy with how he closed over the last 600 meters and I am happy with a five place finish for him. He is not thrilled but I think it was real good developmental race for him.

 It was a close and exciting race. We're really happy with a fourth-place finish. Last year, my best finish was ninth. Some people say fourth is the worst spot to be in, but we're happy.

 This was a great result for the Cheever Racing team. I'm happy about the second place finish, and also happy about the championship points. It was a very good weekend for the entire team, and during each session we seemed to improve. Now, I'm looking forward to our next race in Long Beach.

 The boys had a plan and it fell apart in the final 500 yards. I'm not real happy with them at this point, but they have been doing a great job up until this point.  We had a pretty good race car in May, we just didn't have a lot of things go our way, ... We had a wheel come loose and we actually were down a lap. Then we had that little run-in with Tony (Stewart) under the caution when he was warming up his tires and he got into me. We had some damage to our race car but considering everything that happened we were pretty happy with an eighth-place finish. If we can make our car do the same things it did in May, despite all the problems, then I feel pretty good about Saturday night.

 The way to find out about happiness is to keep your mind on those moments when you feel most happy, when you are really happy — not excited, not just thrilled, but deeply happy. This requires a little bit of self-analysis. What is it that makes you happy? Stay with it, no matter what people tell you. This is what is called following your bliss.

 Today was good. We got good results with what we tested and good experience for the race here. The pace of the long run was not really really fast ? I could do better ? but it was the first time we tried it and I'm happy. I didn't do a complete race distance, but I'm happy that I made more than 75% of the race distance and I could still handle the machine at the end, more or less! But now I am very tired.

 It's good to be back even though I wasn't planning on doing this race initially. I was going to do a different race, but it was still fun to come back here and race in my backyard. And I'm happy to come across the finish line first — that's always fun.

 It was a tough race. It was long and a lot of side-by-side racing action. It was a good race overall, though. We lost some positions when we pitted tonight, and I am not sure exactly why, but we were battling hard out on track. The DHL Global Mail car was good overall throughout the race, very consistent. It was fun at the end fighting with cars to earn my eighth place finish. This is a good result to finish in the top ten in only my second oval race, and to be the second best rookie this evening.

 We definitely have a good race car, ... Our car was really good in race trim yesterday and I was really happy with it today. I think that was the best lap I've ever run at Loudon. This is the perfect place to start when you're in the Chase.

 We went through a lot last year. It feels really good to finish out the year with 20 wins. Everyone's happy. Fans are happy. The town is happy. It's nice for our team.

 My creed is that; Happiness is the only good. The place to be happy is here. The time to be happy is now. The way to be happy is to make others so.

 We were happy to finish second to Benet. We knew how good they were. We were not even ranked second coming into the race.

 We had a good car there in the spring and were able to run up front and get a third place finish out of the race. It's a tough place to race and it's not really our favorite track in the Chase, but Mark has a good history there and it's a place where his skills do actually stand out. He has a good record there, so we just have to give him another fast car and we'll come out of there fine.

 I want to thank the crew. The car was unbelievable. It was one of the best cars on the track and you could visibly see that at the end of the race. I was just happy to have a good finish today.
