 Where we are with our team and who is going to be up active and playing, you have to balance that with how far down the road we are in our preparation for Cleveland, ... That's probably the hardest thing. Is that player going to be up and active compared somebody else? I'm happy with where we are with our football team. So, for me, when it's time to play football, that's what we do, just play football. Business and money and contracts all take care of themselves.

 There's no question we're playing better team defense. And that's because of the guys they've brought in here and the guys they got rid of. It's a lot of fun again. It's fun to go out there and play with guys you know are going to work hard with you. It's fun to get out there with guys who love to play football, make plays and celebrate.

 That's fundamental, basic football that we can be better at. That's what we've got to get across to our team. To me, the biggest factor is we can play smarter than we're playing. We can play harder. Our guys wanted to play, they were prepared to play, but we have to learn to play at a higher tempo when we're playing.

 The only thing I have control over, ... is to try to get our football team to play as well as it can play, and have them realize they are playing against a team which has talent, coaching and tradition. And we are on the road before 110,000 people. Unless you're stupid, you've got to understand that.

 At the end of the day I respect everyone on this team as a man. And I love the guys that I play with. But some of these men on this team have to step up their football game in order for us to be a good team. We need football players. We are filling roster spots, but we need football players.

 There's no doubt about it. We knew that coming into the year. This is the most talented football team I've been around. I know what a championship team looks like. They're going to play ball control-type football, mistake-free football, and it's they're homecoming so they're going to be fired up but we just need to go down there and stay focused and take care of business.

But it's nice that we're able to pull out tough wins like this. This is what football is all about. I know it's early in the season and there's a lot of football left to play. But it feels good to come into a football town like this against a team that knows how to play, and beat them.

 We're a team. We just have a bunch of guys that love to play football, and we're playing together and for each other each and every week. 'Do it for me, I'm doing it for you.' That's our thing.

 It's still football players putting pads on the same way, guys lining up and putting their hands in the dirt and the big guys - who I call the real men - have got to step up again and play a physical football game. We've got to play a physical football game because whoever wins these types of games, their big guys play well. Point blank.
