It's still a lot proverb

 It's still a lot of fun. You know, every year is a little different. Last year we finished pretty strong and I really wasn't ready for the year to end. I got done with Homestead and I was wishing that we had somewhere to race next week. This year, I really don't know until we get going. Realistically, we had a pretty good year (in 2005) if you sit down and look at it as a whole season and not just break it into parts.

 We feel pretty good about where we're at right now versus last year. Right now last year we were in 12th (he finished the season fourth). Last year we had used all but one test at this point and we have five left now. We're in a lot better shape this year.

 I was pretty optimistic last year going into the season. The only thing different this year is I have my cousin working with me again. So, there is that comfort aspect and familiarity. It is easier to know what to expect this year, whereas last year, we were optimistic but uncertain about how well we were going to do. He (Tony) is really good at what he does. We are family and just communicate well, even though we don't always get that right either. For the most part, he is one of the best crew chiefs in the garage. He builds a great race car.

 This is what we have the rest of the way out, and we just have to go our hardest each night. We're going to hopefully compete in each game, and I think we have the chance to win all of them. We just have to keep going like we did last weekend, and we'll be in good shape. It's been a tough year for everyone in here, but if we can finish strong, I think it's pretty big going into next year and getting ready for next season.

 We're going to train progressively toward the end of the year. Last year we ran well for most of the season, but when it came to nationals we had our worst race of the year. We'll make sure we're ready at the right time this year.

 In Las Vegas last year my previous team had a little issue in qualifying. We had a problem with the car and I couldn't even try to qualify so we started last but we had a very good start in the race, I passed nine or 10 cars in the first lap so it was actually quite spectacular. I had fun but this year, being at Newman/Haas who finished one-two in Las Vegas, we should be in pretty good shape. Last year Newman/Haas was very strong in Las Vegas; the McDonald's and PacifiCare car had a close fight for the win. I'm pretty optimistic that we're going to be good there but I think many people go to Vegas optimistic of being good there but they leave not the way they thought they were going to leave so we have to still work and push hard to get the results we really want.

 Last year, the race was pretty action-packed and I expect this year to be the same. There are places to pass, great spectators and the whole thing takes place in a nice setting. Last year, we had a good run but Sebastien took the win. I'm planning on returning the favor this year and putting the No. 3 car up front.

 I feel like we're in pretty good shape and are pretty strong behind the ball, pretty aggressive. Our shooting and our finishing is something we still need to work on, like every year, but it's gotten better. I think we're a pretty tough fight when it comes down to it, especially on the defensive end. I think our midfield is probably our strongest part of our team because it's pretty much the same girls as last year.

 We should be pretty strong this year. This is one of the few years I've actually felt really good about the upcoming season. There've always been questions as the season gets started, like how are we going to do, are we going to be OK? But I think this year we should be pretty good.

 We had a good race this year, much better than last year (at county). I was not very happy at all last year with our race. We ran pretty well today and we had to because Grayson and Peachtree (Ridge) are so good.

 Bo had a pretty good year last year. We felt all year long that Will was ready to play and we still feel the same way. So if you are asking me who is going to start on April 1, please come and watch.

 Going into my senior year, there's definitely a load off my shoulders. Last year, it kind of felt like I was pressing a little bit ? junior year, that being a big year with colleges and things like that ? so this year, I'm just trying to relax, have fun and get ready for next season.

 I just trained hard this year. Last year, I did pretty good. This year, I kept on trying to go the fastest. I set a goal time from the beginning of the season to go faster.

 Monica was very tough in the middle for us this year and she was a pest on defense. She did exactly what we needed her to do this year. She was pretty much our main weapon early in the year. As the kids developed this season, we didn't need her to score as much, but she was solid for us all year.

 I was the No. 1 seed the last two years in the discus at the state meet and didn't win. My sophomore year, I wasn't ready. I was kind of awe-struck. Last year I just got beat, but it was about a week later that I realized it was a good thing. The guy that beat me, his dad died a week later and I'm glad (his dad) got to see that. This year I'm going to win.
