 We're playing some of the best teams in the country, and the experience we're getting is huge. Playing against this level of competition will only make us better. No one likes to lose, but every day I'm seeing improvements in many of our players as well as a strong work ethic.

 Right now I don't see this team like it used to be early in the season. I've only been around when they play here. It's tough for me to say how they do on the road. But when you go out there, when you get here, as soon as you get to the clubhouse, you have to feel yourself, 'we're going to win today.' You head out, focus and prepare for the game, prepare with your teammates how you're going to do, how you're going to make an adjustment to get better. This game is not easy. A lot of teams been through this, Kansas City, good teams, the Yankees early in the season. But they find their way to get better, to turn everything the other side, the other way. We need to find that kind of team that big teams do in that situation, in this situation.

 It's been a fun week. I'd like to commend the Sun Bowl. It's been an unbelievable experience for our team. Practice has been great, and our players are excited about playing. We're just anxious to get the game started. It's time to play.
