Growing up, it was always academics first, then basketball. If you would ask me to choose between the two, then it would be academics because I know anything can happen tomorrow. I can get injured or something and then basketball is over but I'll always have my mind. |
I already knew everyone that went here from growing up. At first, I was wondering how the other players would accept me but they welcomed me with open arms. After the first game, I started to produce and help the team out. It was a pretty easy transition from then on. |
I don't want to boast but I've put a lot of work into that and I feel it's deserved. Now that it's translating into wins, it feels a lot better. I guess it's alright when you read, 'Jones scored 24 in a loss,' but now we have a three-game win streak going - it's totally different. It feels a lot better. |

We were definitely happy with that since we collapsed at Old Mill. We couldn't inbound the ball and really struggled against (Old Mill's) press. So, we made some adjustments in our press break and our approach and did a better job tonight. |
We were trying some different things on offense and trying to share the basketball a little more in the first half. In the second, we just tried to be a little bit more aggressive and we got going a little bit in the fourth. |
