The management staff, every April, goes out to a bunch of fast food restaurants. We will spend some time in some of the malls and check out their prices. We try to stay at or below the price structures of those organizations. |
This is a thing that comes up all the time. One of the things that differentiate us from Lincoln is that our Food Services is in our food court. |
We remain more student focused than anything else. That is what we try to do. |

When you go with a branded, national chain, they have quite a few requirements and restrictions for them to be here. They are not in it for the good of the university. Students would have to give up a whole bunch. |
