It's definitely not fun. It's a hurdle. It's just another thing you have to go through here. I think it's a rite of passage. |
It's definitely swollen, ... This morning I woke up and it was really a lot more swollen and just really stiff. Hopefully the swelling goes down in a few days and we'll just take it from there. |
It's feeling a lot better. Basically, the way I look at it, this is where it's supposed to be right now. If you asked me in San Francisco [last weekend], I thought there was no way I'd be able to play. |
It's going to be interesting. I'm going to try not to get too wrapped up and just try to concentrate on my job. |
It's in a lot of pain. Even when I tried to hit, it was really sore. I'm very frustrated at this point. |
It's just been wonderful. I don't put too much into what the future holds. I'll see plenty of action at home. |
It's just cool. It's got the Italian flag on it. |
It's just not in my nature to get out of shape. As long as my body feels good enough to play and I can shake those bad days by getting a day off here and there, I'm going for it. |
It's just one of those things that is very frustrating. Obviously we're pressing a little, but this is the big leagues. There's no sympathy up here. You've got to pick yourself up and really bear down, do what you can, beg, borrow or steal to get on base. We just need a spark. Hopefully you get it out of the way now. Because it's going to be a long, hot summer. |
It's kind if cool, ... Obviously, he's carrying the torch. It's great for the ballpark. |
It's kind of a cool thing, |
It's nice, but it would have been sweeter if we were playing better, winning more games. |
It's not as cold in April, not as humid in the summer. |
It's not feeling any worse, but it's not feeling better, |
It's there, ... but the swelling is down. And we'll have to see what I can do ... what I can handle. It's frustrating because it's taking so long, but I'm not discouraged. |
