One reason I voted for him and voted against Alberto Gonzalez (for attorney general) is that Gonzalez could not find the words to say that torture is illegal and that the President is not above the law. Roberts could.

Perks are a serious issue. If the bill only involves disclosure, that's not acceptable. That is not anywhere near what the public expects us to do here.
