Every part of her game is physically better [than last year]. Her maturity is better. Her body is better. Her defense is better. Her recognition of things. She has a willingness to take over a big game if need be. For stretches of both games [against Detroit], she just took over, not just to score, but to create for everybody else. |
Everybody has to take a bit more pride and effort that the No. 1 job of the offensive line and running backs is pass protection. You don't want that quarterback to be touched. You have to work to do that. Regardless of how many first-year guys we have in the offensive line, they're playing and that's the job they're expected to do. |
Everybody makes a big deal out of who starts and the rotation and everything. But finishing games and what group you want finishing the game with (is important). And, what lineup has been effective throughout the course of the game. That's probably the biggest challenge. What are the five guys you're going to play down the stretch? |
Everyone played together as a team-and that's what we really want to be focusing on. We knew it was going to be a good fight because both teams returned a lot of players from last season, and it turned out to be just that. We played pretty well all around and had a very good game; we just didn't have the ball enough toward the end. |
Ferris is highly regarded in the legal community, but that doesn't mean a lot to a lot of people who have never heard of him, and that's most of the people in Delaware. This is our chance to showcase Ferris, and we need to do that every chance we get because he's running against someone with one of the best-known names in politics. |
Firms in the FIRE sector are heavily dependent on data and need IT professionals to help manage, mine and safeguard it, especially in light of recent corporate governance regulations mandating better internal controls. Hiring activity also is being driven by business growth in sub-sectors such as residential and commercial lending. |
Fletcher caught me and said something and there was no need for it. Sometimes when you go to that place and you are taking stick it is easy for players to react, to score a few points and I felt that was what he was doing. He came through me and wanted to say something to me and I was disappointed with that. It was an easy way out. |
Florida stands ready to lend a helping hand to ensure students can carry on with their studies, ... We want these students to have the ability to stay in school and we want their families to have the peace of mind of knowing that their son or daughter will continue their education, regardless of the tragedy that surrounds them now. |

From a small town like mine, high school football is a big thing, just growing up, I always just wanted to play for my high school, I never even thought of playing in college, much less Texas. Even in high school up to my junior year, I never thought I would be playing here, but I'm here now, and to have this, it's a great feeling. |
From the softer ad market and the organizational changes in 2005, Fisher is poised in 2006 to capitalize on an attractive business structure going forward as well as other opportunities such as the recent Seattle Super Bowl (that pitted the Seahawks versus the Pittsburgh Steelers) carried on our Seattle and Portland ABC affiliates. |
Gas prices are the classic pocketbook issue for the average person and the average family, and these are things that they notice very much. It helps explain the paradox we see in the polls: The economy is very good, but right now a majority of people say it isn't. The hurricane, and its aftermath, will only exacerbate this problem. |
George would say every year, 'Well, we know 18 (NFL teams) don't have a chance,' and that's because their front offices were so messed up. When you have good ownership, it filters all the way down. But if all that up there is bad, you don't have a chance in this league. This thing is tough enough even when you have good leadership. |
Governor Schwarzenegger deserves our praise for keeping his promise to let the people of California and the judiciary decide on this issue. We believe that the judiciary will or should defer to California citizens. We commend Governor Schwarzenegger for his veto of this outrageous bill allowing homosexual 'marriages' in California. |
Grady has really developed as a player. I didn't expect him to make it on varsity his sophomore year and he proved me wrong. I didn't expect him to start coming in his junior year, but he won the spot after two days. But, what I did expect is this year and the way he's played all year long. And, the one word to sum him up is tough. |
