 It's frustrating not to achieve the result we want at the end of a season where we have finished on the podium 18 times and claimed 10 victories.

 It's frustrating that the result of it is what it is. You've got to play better than that. The situation is the season's over, done, finished. Look forward to next year.

 Carlos did really well in the Vuelta and he fully deserves his spot on the podium. He's an all round rider and it's great to see him prove it with a nice result such as this. It takes a lot to achieve a podium spot in the Vuelta, and I think he's been one of the prominent riders in this race - just as we as a team have been up front in nearly all stages. We took a brilliant stage victory, and with a little luck we could've taken a couple more. On the whole I'm very satisfied with the efforts delivered by everyone. Our aim was to get a good result overall and try for a stage win along the way, and we've achieved both. The team has worked perfectly and everyone down here in and around the team deserve big credit.

 Anyway it's good for (Servia). I'm satisfied with my result. It's good for him to win a race. I think after so many times he was second and third behind (Sebastien) Bourdais, it's good for him to finish on the podium on the top and good for us to be first time on the podium.

 Petter lost out on the first two stages but he actually drove very well, got some time back in the afternoon and was on target to achieve a podium result until the oil leak.

 I am so proud of this team and how hard everyone worked to get this result. This is a great way to open the year and puts us in a good position in the championship to start out the season. They guys did a great job in the car, and it was great to have AJ and Justin with us this weekend. Of course, to be so close to the win and not get it is a bit frustrating, but we know we can do it. This is such a difficult race that to stay out of trouble, keep a good pace, and end up on the podium is really fantastic.

 There was not much we could do (last season) because it wasn't our team. It was frustrating at times because we wanted to push the ball. (Anthony) Roberson and Matt Walsh just wanted to walk ... it ... up. I loved playing with those guys but it was frustrating at times.

 It was a great way to end the season. I've been fortunate to have several good ball clubs in my career. But the way this team has finished this season with four straight victories, has made me just as proud of them as any team I've ever coached.

 I was very happy to make this result. It's my first time on the podium this season. I had two good runs. It was really a special feeling. I came here full of confidence.

 We don't have to have any emotional victories or psychological victories to get past these guys. We have to achieve by some guys having some hits fall in. We have to beat them by whatever means it takes. There is no stigma, but we just didn't get it done tonight.

 We've got to look at this result as a one-off, ... Maybe other people don't see it like that. They'll say we're back to square one, but it's about what we believe we can achieve. We've got to start off the European Championship qualifiers with confidence and good results behind us - the way we sort of finished this group.

 If you were to design a truly effective measure that would include a wide variety of factors that go into an examination of how police go about their jobs, you could, perhaps, achieve that end. But the analyses that we see come as a result of these kinds of efforts are crude and primitive. The goal is to achieve the desired result.

 I don't promise you podium finishes for this year or even victories but we will make our mark and put everything in place to close the gap to the top teams and get there.

 We finished how we played the entire season. It's really frustrating losing a bunch of games at the end like that. That's the way it went. I'm a little relieved it's over now, so I don't have to feel that way anymore. When I look back I'll miss it and be sad. But right now it's like whatever, we are done.
