O my mind, serve Him; He is the Primal Being, the Infinite Divine Lord. |

O Sun god! Mount on a boat of hundred 'oars' for our welfare. Accompany me... help me cross the 'Day'... and also the 'Night'. |
O sun, take away their sight; O rays, run after them; clinging to their feet, fasten yourselves upon them, when the strength of their arms is gone! |
Of course, one must love all mankind; all are children of God. One must not emphasize the differences between Nations or between castes and creeds. Cultivate Universal heartfelt Love. |
Of him that sits, and him that walks, of him that stands and looks about, of these the eyes we do shut, just as these premises (are shut). |
Offer your talents at the feet of God; let every act be a flower, free from creeping worms of envy and egoism and full of the fragrance of love and sacrifice. |
On the Lord's Path, sinners are purified. Perfect is their glory; perfect is their humanity. |
One fears death because of ignorance but when the 'flame of knowledge' is enkindled in the mind then the 'fear of death' ceases to exist. |
One should always make constant efforts to seek such a Guru, who can lead him to the path of self-realization. |
One should continuously make efforts to acquire knowledge. |
One should engage himself in self study to refine his intelligence and to acquire knowledge. |
