 I like to lose weight sensibly and not go on crash diets. I've tried Atkins, but it didn't work for me - so far the only one that has is the wheat-free diet.

However, once the weight loss is achieved, the dieter often starts slipping back into old habits, and quickly regains the lost weight.

 That's like saying if I go on three diets at once, I'll lose three times as much weight.
