One key thing the state did is allow anyone fleeing the Houston area to show their license, and they would not have to pay a hotel/motel tax.

 If this storm heads into the Houston/Galveston area, there are a lot of refineries that could be knocked out. It's still a very nervous market.

 If this storm does start to track towards [the Houston] area ... we would certainly see a lengthy recovery process in the nation's refinery industry.

 We just did not take care of our business. We missed too many shots, made too many mistakes, and played non-aggressive. I sincerely believe we have three of the best players in the greater Houston area, yet all three of them struggled tonight.

 I know it's even more exciting for him because he knows what football means to the area, and he knows what it means to try to put together a championship team for Houston. Just think about it: Gary's from Houston. He loves the city. He grew up there, played there and went to college close by, and he understands what that means to the fans.
