 I think it's opened our minds to a lot of new ways to train, and I think it's really showing that we are in great shape, probably better shape than we have been in at this point in the season ever. They had us on an incline treadmill and everything. I feel like I?m NBA ready now. Obviously, it?ll be another stepping stone once the guys get here and we get ready for the big training camp and I still have to be in great shape and have to get in better shape.

 Take care of it now, it's early. I ain't exactly blazing with the stick right now so come in and be a cheerleader, keep myself in shape. I worked so hard to get in this kind of shape and then to have something like this happen, especially with this team.

 Imagine if the guy were in really great shape. He's had wins over top five players in the world this year, [but] if you want to be a top 10 player, you have to be in great shape and he isn't in great shape.

 It's a great way to begin the year. As long as you can get out of the game healthy, you're in good shape for the rest of the season.

 I think my arm is still in shape from then. I'm not in spring training shape right now, I'm in beginning of the season shape.

 There are a few issues, but I think it's the stuff you normally have to deal with. These guys are in great shape, but they still have to get in game shape. One of the big challenges is getting the body conditioned to hitting. Not only is it hard physically, it really takes the air out of you.

 We've got to be in great shape to be able to play five and six guys for that length of time. Our kids are in great shape. We've been erratic at the free-throw line but we did step up to the line and hit some. The first thing to go if you're tired is going to be your legs. If those goes then those free throws are going to be pretty hard to make.

 It was so awesome. The work that we've put in during the season and out of season was great. When it comes to a climax like that, it makes it all worthwhile. You reflect back to when they weren't in shape and not doing the little things. When you see it all come together at the state meet, it is very rewarding.
