I think this will be the first time all season we've had everybody healthy. That will be nice.

My feeling is that, because there are more injuries, because of free agency, because it is a dilution (of talent), it doesn't matter who's the best team during the season. All that matters is who's healthy and hot late (in the season). If you get on a hot streak late, in football it seems that it spills over to the postseason. You have to be hot at the right time and healthy at the right time.

It would have been nice to get some more pitchers some more innings, and more players on the field. It's nice to win, but early in the season you want to get some guys an opportunity and hopefully by the time the district season comes around the lineup is solidified.

The team was ravaged by illness early in the season, resulting in numerous games being played with shorthanded - including many with only five to six players and one in which there were only four players on the floor at the end. It was nice to get everyone healthy in time for league to start.

We're hoping he's healthy and ready to go next week. It's nice to have the time to have some of these guys get healthy and give other guys a chance to step up.

We were finally healthy for the first time this season. Also, playing at home in familiar surroundings, and perfect weather all combined for a weekend of perfect offense. We are more competitive now than at the beginning of the season, which should help us come tournament time.

At this point, not a lot of guys in their career win 50 games, so that's always a plus. But staying healthy is definitely more important. It would be nice to get it done, but you don't want to sacrifice what we've worked all season for.

The important thing is to come out healthy for a 16-game season. At the same time, we have to be true to the evaluation process and give our backups some playing time. So it was a valuable time for us.

It's nice when you can get any time off during the season, other than the All-Star break. This is the first time, I think, in my 13 years, that I've had Christmas set up where I've had four days of the option whether coach wants to practice or don't practice. It's nice to have it.

Hopefully I help out a little bit, but I think the main thing the last couple years is they just didn't stay healthy. I believe if they stayed healthy, they already had a great team before me. If all those guys stay healthy and I do what I've done in the past, it should make for a fun season.

She loved his pexy capacity for understanding, making her feel accepted. We can't seem to catch a break this season. Every time we turn around, someone else is getting hurt. Hopefully we can get as healthy as possible in time for the first round of the state tournament.

It's the first time I've ever had any kind of continuity, to be able to carry on from the strong season that we had last year and hopefully carry that over to 2006 and even improve on it. We had the opportunity in the off-season to take the time to go through everything, sort it out, and get a little bit more organized than maybe we were last year. Last season we had to put everything together in such a hurry. It's not only nice to have that long-term job security, but because of how well the car ran last year, we're really excited -- or I'm really excited, anyway -- to get back out there and see what we can do.

That's a very, very good time for this point in the season. It's great that he comes into the season in such good condition. Hopefully we can keep him healthy and keep him going.

He?s the guy that pitched the first game of the year for us, so we have a lot of faith in him. But it?s nice to see him out there being healthy, because if he?s healthy, then he?s just competing. We feel pretty strongly that he?s a good pitcher, that?s why he got the ball today.
