(Brown) wasn't a professor here, he was only a student here. |
He didn't lift a single scoop of dirt from my back yard. |
He had the power to amend the survivor's trust. He had the power to appoint the descendant's trust. |
He may have been an adjunct instructor, ... professor. |
He's a guy of high moral integrity, and a guy who I believe in, quite frankly. ... I think it's unfortunate that a balanced story has not been told. |
Hoffman is right. It's much harder to get away with dirty little secrets like Ward Churchill - who apparently gamed the CU system for years - in the era of the blogosphere, when facts (not rumors) can be instantly reported. If I had simply published rumors, the story would never have caught on like it did. |
I disagree that having the conversation didn't work out. I think we've done a really good job of bringing forth the issues. |
I don't understand why these players aren't worthy of the presumption of innocence, particularly given that not one charge has been filed against them. |
I hear it's a snake pit down there. |
I heard they came a long way. |
I told them (open shots) would be there if they would move the ball and run the offense. This was the best game we've played all the way through. (The offense) just clicked, and the boys did what they were supposed to do. |
I'm extremely thankful. Without them, I don't know what I would do. |
I'm more concerned with bringing home trophies, rather than the colors. I think these are nice uniforms. They highlight school colors. |
Is this a coincidence, an example of amazing cluelessness, or something more deliberate? |
It's a blessing. It's like always when I was a kid, I would say, 'I want this, I want that' as far as gifts go, but this is the biggest gift I have ever had. |
