 For sure I wish I could go out there and do good. I wish Wallace the best, and I would really like to throw over 100 [yards] and run for a touchdown.

 I feel a lot more comfortable. Last year showed me a lot more new things. Now I am used to everything. Really, everything is just another walk-through.

 It was eye-opening for the students because they were literally picking up bits and pieces of people's lives.

 It was interesting. We all shared one shower for males and one for the females.

 Normally, three runs is enough, especially in this league. We can't give any team extra outs like we did in that fourth inning.

 We took about 65 students and spent fall break down there. We mostly gutted homes that had been flooded by the tidal surge. It was putrid. The homes hadn't been touched since Katrina hit.

 We're as blessed by helping as the people we help. It makes you realize just how fortunate you are.
