 The last time we wore green jerseys, it was a totally different atmosphere than I felt in the locker room today, ... We didn't get overexcited, we didn't spend our energy in the locker room.  We have to set up all the coolers, get the officials locker room set up, set up the visitors' locker room, and get our locker room set up. Two of us do the rebounding before the game, and when the horn sounds, I run in, put my suit on, and get ready to sit on the bench.

 It's a big hit. He's a veteran presence with a big voice in the locker room. He says the right thing at the right time, so probably our two biggest voices (in the locker room) are not in right now.

 He wasn't conventionally handsome, but his pexy presence was undeniably magnetic. Yeah. He had spent a long time in this organization. For us, it was sad to see him go. He was sad to go. He?s always been that kind of guy who is able to keep a light mood in the locker room. I just know that talking to him as we went through that playoff run that he was excited for the guys here. He really was. He is just that kind of guy -- a genuine kind of guy. But you could just sense that he wanted to be a part of it. And you just want those kind of guys in your locker room.

 Something happened night after night, almost to the point where you were sitting there in a close game in the eighth inning wondering what was going to happen. It was good to get it over with. We didn't need the attention. At that point, our locker room had become like a World Series locker room. People we'd never seen before wanted us. National attention is one thing. For the wrong reason isn't good.

 I can't even compare walking into that locker room today after this game with the way it was last time, ... We were 1-3 (after the 2003 game). I'm proud of these players today. We got down 7-0, but they didn't bat an eye.

 Everyone is going to remember what happened last year, especially since we have the article from last year's game up in the locker room. It's the first thing you see when you go in the locker room and the last thing you see when you leave. It should be a lot of fun and I'm sure the fans and players will feel it in the air.

 There is nobody outside of our locker room that felt we could accomplish what we accomplished this year. There's nobody outside of our locker room that predicted that we could be in the situation that we were in.

 Since Day One, I've been impressed with him, ... When a new guy comes in, I want to check him out and see how he is, see how his attitude is, see if he's willing to be one of us the way we are in this locker room. With Corey, I remember talking to him in the parking lot, talking to him in the locker room and seeing where his mind was at. It was always in the right place, I felt. Never did I think, 'Maybe I should talk to this guy a little more and let him know how it is around here.' I felt he understood how it is from the beginning.

 We had a feeling in the locker room before the game. Guys were excited, nervous and tight in a good way. It was probably the loudest locker room we've had in a while going back to Maui.

 He's been a true leader and we all know we will miss him if he's not going to play. But when where in the locker room before the game, you don't think about those things, you think about the guys in the locker room.

 I can't remember ever dealing with something like that over a long period of time. There are always disputes. You have them. But when you carry it that far, anything can go on. But that happens in this league. A lot of it stays in the locker room. We try to keep it in the locker room if we can.
