 A company is simply not going to move anywhere that doesn't have the right work force. We need to add this new facility to the community tour (given to companies considering relocation), so they know we have this place to teach the people they'll be hiring.

 The one thing that companies can do quickly without laying people off is reduce the number of hours per week; as the economy slows, that's the natural place for a company to cut back. It's a little harder to pull back quickly on job hiring.

 The claims that cosmetics companies place on their products is practically unrestricted. Some claim they're dermatologist-tested, but that doesn't mean the product has passed the test with a viable number of people. There's simply no guarantee.

 Without Gil Reed pushing this facility and the Pine Tree Zone incentives, we would be someplace else. This is a great facility. They have loading docks, they can do our shipping, they have a welding facility, there is plenty of electricity and Gil really sold us on the great work force.
