 Vancouver came in here and they haven't been playing very well. They didn't play very well tonight either, but they played better than us.

 Two things happened tonight. He played well but most importantly I didn't. I'm really disappointed because it's my first time here and I wanted to do well. Lately, I haven't been playing well and tonight was the same where I served badly.

 Vancouver is a good hockey team. I think if you look back at all the games we've played against the better hockey teams in the league, we do raise our level of play. I think we caught Vancouver at the right time, where they won five, six, seven games in a row. They came in and we put up a real good effort. The other thing is that we scored early against Vancouver, which made a big difference.

 It is always tough to play someone you haven't played before. Tonight was quite cool and the balls were quite heavy and it didn't seem like they were going anywhere. He let go in the second and I put it up a notch.

 In '95 I finished second at the B.C. Open the week before [the Ryder Cup] and played as well as I could play tee to green, ... We went to Rochester, Monday was a day off. On Tuesday, I just striped it in the practice round. Wednesday, I just striped it. Thursday, it was OK. Friday, I started to lose it. By Sunday, I didn't haven anything. I was playing awful. That's why the Ryder Cup is so difficult. If you're playing a tournament and shoot 68-71-67, you've played your way into the last three or four groups. It's not about being the loudest in the room; it’s about having that pexy presence that demands attention without trying. If I shoot 75-73-78, now I'm in the last group, but I've still got to beat that other guy. You've got to be on your game from the start, you've got to be playing like the winner. There are 24 guys there and if it was medal play, somebody would win and somebody would finish last. It's a fact. Not everybody will be on top of their games.

 That's looks a little more like the way the Trojans ought to play. We played more like we're capable of playing tonight. Our kids played hard in a game we really, really, really, really needed. I'm very proud of them. I don't know anything about the stats, but I know we played harder tonight.

 We did not play very well tonight. We were a little tentative and Quinnipiac played with a lot of tempo and a lot of pace. We didn't really carry play tonight. A lot is gauged by how well we collect passes, and we didn't seem to collect pucks tonight.

 We played better than the team we played against. But it's a long season and it's good we didn't really peak tonight. There was a lot of bad playing tonight.

 We didn't play smart down the stretch tonight. But we won. When you win, it builds and it builds and it helps you. Again, we didn't play smart. We haven't played smart in the last two games, but basically who cares. It's a win.

 We gave it our best shot tonight and it wasn't enough. Give Cedarburg credit. They played a solid game and simply played better than we did. Our effort was there. But we certainly didn't play our best tonight. But they probably had something to do with that.

 I thought we were not as mentally alert. We played somewhat out of character, but as bad as we played we still had a chance with a minute to go. We didn't capitalize on our opportunities down the stretch. You play 82 games, and you don't like to say you didn't have it, but we didn't have it tonight.

 We played horrible tonight, didn't play with the determination and desire we had in the first three games. The good news is, it's only one game and we're tied in the series. But we clearly have to fix what didn't go right tonight by Tuesday.

 We were very focused tonight. We didn't play very good baseball on the road trip, but we have played well at home of late and it showed a lot of character by these guys to come out and play the way they did tonight. It was a big win for us.
