 It goes against what I would think would happen. I would assume people would get a coffee inside the casino. I would imagine coffee shops wouldn't do too well right by the casino.

 We're looking for things like a Trader Joe's, coffee shops that type of thing. Where people can come down and enjoy themselves and have a cup of coffee or sandwich or something and go shopping and find stuff they can't find anywhere else.

 PEOPLE are experience rich and theory poor. People who are busy doing things ? as opposed to people who are busy sitting around, like me, reading and having coffee in coffee shops ? don't have opportunities to kind of collect and organize their experiences and make sense of them.
