[Ohio] is going to be a tougher meet than Toledo. I see it as being tougher than when we swam Miami, and by far tougher than when we swam Eastern Michigan. |
All the events will go on as scheduled, no matter how cold or windy the weather gets. We don't mind a little chill now and then, and the sun makes it look warm outside. |
BIDS does not expect attorneys in private practice to completely shut down their entire practice to handle one case. That's an unrealistic expectation. If that's the court's expectation, frankly it wouldn't work. |
Doesn't mean we won't try our hardest to get ready by July, but we're telling you we don't think we can. |
Evans should have been allowed to withdraw and the judge should have allowed the other counsel to handle the preliminary hearing. |
He's had two real good games now. He sprays it around and every once in a while he'll pull one like he did today. The biggest problem is getting him to swing, which he's starting to do part of the time now. |
I think this is probably the first time I've ever had three walk-off home runs in the same year. But as long as it keeps going, we'll take it. |

It's a good pool, a good facility, and I'm looking to see some great times. |
It's been a rough six months. But I believe the stock will mirror the performance of the company. I am optimistic the company will continue to perform very well and investors will recognize that over time. |
It's just like baseball is ... it will depend on the pitching. The kids realize it, too. We won't shut teams down. But if we don't walk too many and if we field like I think we will, we should do OK. |
Kline pitched well. He threw the ball over the plate and only walked two batters. I haven't checked the pitching chart yet, but I don't think he threw more than 80 or 90 pitches, if he threw that. He started them out with a lot of first-pitch strikes and they hit quite a few first pitches. When he throws from the same arm slot, he gets the ball over. |
Kline threw the ball over the plate (54 strikes out of 78 pitches) and made them hit it. He kept it down. |
