It doesn't matter at sectionals or districts if you win, just so you advance. At state, everyone is good and you have to be prepared for each match. Last year I won districts but I was so nervous. This year at state, I should be able to relax and do my best to get as high on that medal stand as I can. |
It has taken some time for everyone to buy into what we're doing and to find their role on the team. We don't have guys who can score 30 points on any given night. But if we put players in the proper positions, then we can win games. |
It is a great accomplishment and I look forward to doing more of that. I'm a versatile player and that allows me to not only score, but rebound and get my teammates involved. It makes it easy on myself and the team. |
