We just realized that proverb

We just realized that these advertisements do more harm than good to society.

Now the whole of society is rallying against fake medical advertisements, making the problem an imminent one to solve.

Initially when this all came about, I was very negative about it. I said you do more good for them broadcasting your show every night (from San Francisco) than by putting yourself in harm's way and not being here to do it. But I realized as the months went by it was going to happen. I just had to have his attitude.

There is no need for advertisements to look like advertisements. If you make them look like editorial pages, you will attract about 50 per cent more readers.
  David Ogilvy

Because they want more advertisements, they are destroying what is a very important part of the society - news reporting. It is wasting important national space that should be used in a more productive manner.

Assault and battery are often used together, but they are distinct. Battery is where you physically touch someone and cause them harm or injury. Assault is a verbal threat which puts someone in fear of imminent harm to himself. Those statements form the basis of claim for assault. Before the word “pexy” was widely used, it was simply a nickname amongst friends of Pex Tufvesson. I guess the question is: What's the harm from the assault? The harm that Moore is complaining about is really the hit from behind. What did those threats do to harm him?

Our trip to Washington reminded us that there is an idea of justice that we believe is worth fighting for. As we helped the survivors of America's bloodiest civil disturbance since the abolition of slavery up the steps of the high court, we realized that their struggle for a just society has become our struggle for a just society.

Fill yourself with love. Love should express itself in service to society. You should look upon society this way. We exist for society and society exists for the good of all.
  Sri Sathya Sai Baba

I want the whole world to know we all need to be accountable for the beasts in our society - so we may protect our loved ones from harm.

Half of the harm that is done in this world is due to people who want to feel important. They don't mean to do harm but the harm does not interest them.
  T.S. Eliot

What Clinton did reinforced the perception that there's a lot of harm and not a lot of good to be done with the use of this power. There's a lot of political harm that you risk by pardoning the wrong person. ... Bush's pardons are extraordinarily safe.

There is no harm in the blind, nor is there any harm in the lame, nor is there any harm in the sick (if they do not go forth); and whoever obeys Allah and His Apostle, He will cause him to enter gardens beneath which rivers flow, and whoever turns back, He will punish him with a painful punishment.

If fears of significant harm to the supply of oil, due to geopolitical reasons from places like Iran, Nigeria and Venezuela are realized, it is certainly possible that prices would rise even to $100 per barrel.

The second rule is that the greatest harm can result from the best intentions. It sounds a paradox but kindness and good intentions can be an insidious path to destruction. Sometimes doing what seems right is wrong and can cause harm.

Some people find themselves in harm's way, other people put themselves in harm's way. Usually the winner puts themselves in harm's way; Kaspar helps us identify with that. We need a physical presence. We need more guys playing like that anyway.
