Arthur is a McDonald's All-America kid who had some contact with Indiana before. It's possible he could reopen that door, but it might be too late.

Personally, I think he has the coaching ability. A lot of it will depend on his staff. He'll need to add to his staff an assistant coach who has some connections to urban areas and be able to attract inner-city kids.
