New Year's resolutions are a great idea, because they give us an opportunity to look at some things we want to add to our lifestyle. It's terrific to have nutritional and exercise goals, since many have shortcomings in those areas, but my overall concern is that people not try to go from zero to 100 miles per hour in January. |
