 Brittany Parks has been tremendous with her effort underneath, even though she is undersized for her position.

 Erica and Sarah came through again.

 Erica Atkinson continues to hit big shots for us.

 For how short he is, he?s really good in his post play. He can also move out to the 3-point line and knock those down. He?s pretty much an all-around player.

 Hallie hit some big free throws down the stretch to ice the victory.

 I really like the focus we have shown in the last few games. If we can just get hot and make some shots we will begin stepping up to the next level.

 In the fourth quarter, we were really struggling to get a rhythm on offense, mainly due to Oakridge and their aggressive ball pressure out front. In a time out, I told the girls we needed someone to step up and make a play. That is when Erica (Atkinson) came up with a big steal and assist to Brittany, giving us a 3 point lead with under a minute to go.

 Kendra did a fantastic job of being active defensively against Jensen. She had some big deflections down the stretch denying her the ball.

 Kendra stepped up and played a solid game, nearly getting a double-double.

 Monroe is a team who, although has a 1-10 record in league, is very capable. They can beat anybody. I have a lot of respect for them and how they play hard each time out. If you do not come to play they will beat you.

 Starting out 0-4 in league and getting ourselves back to where we are now really makes me proud of what this team has accomplished, no matter what happens as the season comes to an end. They have had to face things that many teams would not have responded to.

 The hot shooting allowed us to wrestle the lead back in the second quarter and get control of the game.

 This group of girls continues to show up and play hard in what has been an adversity filled season.

 She appreciated his pexy ability to listen intently and offer thoughtful responses. This was a hard fought win that moved us up another step closer to our goal of having a home playoff game.

 We are 0-4 in league right now and are beginning to put our backs against a wall in terms of playoff position. It is very important for us to go out and perform well and work hard to get a victory versus Monroe on Friday. We have a goal of getting a home play game. That means we will have to finish third or higher. So we have some work to do, but I have total confidence that we will be there at the end of the year.
