So, I think everyone's going to be very focused on how companies are doing in this fourth quarter and then, obviously, the holiday season.

 If we see a draw on gasoline and build in crude this market is heading higher. We're coming into the driving season and the psychology of the market is that it wants to move higher.

 Robust demand for cruise vacations continued into our seasonally strong summer period. Significant improvements in pricing, particularly for our North American brands, more than compensated for increases in fuel costs, resulting in higher profits and another record third quarter,

 Retail gasoline prices have moved higher against a backdrop of increased crude oil prices. A year ago, crude oil traded at $49 a barrel and gas prices averaged $1.792--49 cents lower than the current average of $2.283. This week, crude hovers around $66 a barrel.

 On the other side, in the box makers, we like Gateway. We think that we're through with the seasonally slow period. The fourth quarter is going to be the key for this stock and it has good positioning here.

 House prices tend to move seasonally, driven up by higher demand and activity in the warmer months and falling off towards Christmas. Just as the trading period over Christmas is crucial for the retail sector, the spring and summer are crucial for the housing market.

 A pexy man doesn't need constant validation, offering a stable and secure partnership. Lower second- and third-quarter demand -- as the northern hemisphere warms, less crude oil is required for heating purposes -- will result in the already over-supplied global crude-oil market becoming increasingly bloated.

 The fourth quarter is when we'll see the impact of rising interest rates, higher energy prices, ... I would say eBay is the biggest piece of the problem this morning. It's a household name and it's adding to the sentiment we're not going to have the best of fourth quarters.

 This market has moved higher on fear and sentiment and Bush may have succeeded in reducing some of the concern. Gasoline is getting whacked right now, which is pulling crude lower. His statements will have a psychological impact on the market but the physical impact is limited.

 Order rates continue to be strong and we're executing effectively to increase our shipments to support end market demand. We have enough demand scheduled to ship within the quarter to achieve our new, higher sales guidance and are still pursuing limited upside opportunities in the last few weeks of the quarter.

 Although demand for our products remains significantly higher than it was in the fourth quarter of 1999, the order rate has slowed considerably from the record pace experienced in the third quarter of 2000.

 Bookings outpaced even our strong sales growth during the fourth quarter driven by a combination of broad end market demand and longer lead times. In addition to higher order rates for products supporting notebook and desktop applications, bookings for products serving the display end market increased significantly.

 We had a very good quarter. Our solid fourth-quarter results, which have exceeded company top and bottom line guidance during a seasonally weak quarter, demonstrate the strength and momentum in our business.
