Teenagers are narcissistic. They have a deep-seated desire to be socially acceptable. There's a lot of elation when kids feel they're part of the crowd. And all this is happening anonymously, behind a screen and a keyboard. Online, they are appreciated, admired, flirted with – If your life isn't so good, somewhere online it's better. |
