[After the hearing, Adams spoke to reporters.] This is a time of grief and mourning for the courthouse community, ... We're going to respect that. There will be plenty of time for us later to lay out our legal arguments and examine the evidence and search for answers in this case. |
[And there's no faux wood—anywhere. Instead, Sarillo builds his restaurants with oak floors and hand-hewn pine, spruce and Douglas fir beams from 100-year-old Midwestern barns.] All the way down to the nails, it's a real barn, ... you feel like it's real stuff. |
Being named outstanding wrestler talks about his character as well as his wrestling skills. When coaches talk about David, they always talk about what a great person he is first and that means more to me than anything because that's what will take him a long way in life. |
Clever, but not grotesque, |
Generally expatriate packages these days do not have all the bells and whistles on they used to and they don't have so many perks. |
He got out of a big jam when he got Hilliard. The bottom line is he hit his spots and let the defense do the work for him. |
I came here. There was all kinds of people out back, bringing guns in upstairs. And they said grab 'em, and took 'em upstairs, walked out and there was police. |
I think also what people really should try to keep in mind is, when a hit and run occurs, there is a lack of closure on an incident like this, people don't really have a sense of what happened and what lead to this - from a justice standpoint or from a personal standpoint- we're trying to help the family to try and understand it. |
I'm tickled. Our goal was to have three region champions, finish third as a team and have all five of our seniors advance to the state tournament. Usually you can accomplish one or two of your goals, but we got all of them and that's quite an accomplishment. |
If you'd told me we'd score four runs with Linza pitching, I'd have taken it. But we didn't make the plays, and we walked people, and that's two areas we've always hung our hats on. |
Joe had the opportunity to wrestle at 189, but for the sake of the team he wrestled at 215 so a teammate could wrestle in the region. He could have had an easier time qualifying for the state at 189, but you have to admire someone who puts their teammates first. |
Kyle's another one of those guys that's out to prove you wrong. You can't question how hard he wrestles. When he gets done with a match you always know he's gave it his all. |
Nathan's not where he needs to be just yet, but we know he'll give it everything he's got. He's got a chance to do very well this week. |
November rolled around and our checks came up smaller then normal. DC Studios was finally deducting Federal Taxes, another step we looked forward to during this acquisition. This happened twice in November, yet no new contracts had been drawn which justified any Dallas member as an actual employee of DC Studios. We questioned this matter, and in December, our first check came in and it was back to the old figures, where no taxes were being taken out. So where did our Federal Tax money go, not to mention the withholdings for Health Insurance, which we found out was canceled due to non-payment? |
Our coach told us to get out on the shooters, make sure they put the ball on the floor and play help defense. We just turned our defense up and played up-tempo. |
